Privacy Policy
Cache Estate is a private seven-acre estate you can book for weddings, retreats and gatherings. This site lets you send us an inquiry about a date. This policy explains what we collect when you do.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you enter into the inquiry form so we can respond and plan your event:
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your phone number, the occasion, your preferred date, and your guest count, if you provide them.
- The message you write about the day.
We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not create an account for you.
How we use it
To reply to you, hold and quote your date, and plan the event with you. When you submit the form we also send you an immediate acknowledgement email so you know it reached us. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who it is shared with
We rely on a few service providers who process your inquiry on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers your inquiry to the estate and sends your acknowledgement email.
- Twilio — when enabled, sends a text alert to the estate so a time-sensitive inquiry is not missed. The alert carries the details you submitted.
- Zapier — when enabled, passes the inquiry into our back-office tools so we can follow up.
- Vercel — hosts this website and runs the inquiry endpoint.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site and sees your IP address as part of delivering them.
Some pages on this site embed video from third-party players (such as YouTube or Vimeo). When a video loads, that provider may set its own cookies and see your IP address. That happens under the video provider's own privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own, and there are no first-party tracking pixels. The only third-party cookies you might encounter come from embedded videos, as noted above.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your California rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to correct it, and to have it deleted. We honor these rights for anyone who asks. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of. You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right. To make a request, email info@cache-estate.com.
Not for children
This site is intended for adults planning events. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update it here with a new effective date.
